Warranty Period
We provide a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase for all Tiffany Style lamps sold by us.(Joanne Tiffany Pty Ltd)
What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal residential use, including:

Electrical faults related to wiring, lamp holder, switch, or plug

Structural issues caused by workmanship defects (excluding normal handmade variations)
-
Faults that prevent the lamp from functioning as intended
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
-
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, or modification

Damage resulting from power surges or incorrect voltage
-
Glass cracks, chips, or breakage caused after delivery
-
Cosmetic variations inherent to handmade stained glass products
-
Damage caused during relocation or transport after delivery
-
Light bulbs (as they are consumable items)
Handmade Nature of Tiffany Style Lamps
All Tiffany Style lamps are handmade using stained glass.
Small variations in colour, texture, pattern, and solder lines are normal characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please:

Contact us within the warranty period

Provide your order number or proof of purchase

Provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue
We may request the item to be inspected, repaired, or replaced at our discretion.
Repair or Replacement
If a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we will:

Repair the item, or
-
Replace the defective part or product, or
-
Offer a suitable solution at our discretion
This warranty does not automatically include refunds.
Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law:

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs

We will cover the cost of shipping repaired or replacement items back to you
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
