In December 2004, our family's passion for lighting fixtures inspired us to establish Joanne Tiffany. Recognizing the unique demand for Tiffany lighting in home décor, we introduced our first Tiffany table lamp and achieved success with its sale on eBay. By January 2005, after diligently searching for the best Tiffany lamp manufacturers for over a month, we imported 120 table lamps and floor lamps. From our garage in Riverwood,Souther Sydney, we launched our Tiffany lamp business on eBay. We explored innovative sales strategies, such as 1 cent no-reserve auctions, to attract more Australian customers, garnering recognition for the unique allure of Tiffany lighting among them.

The birth of our daughter Joanne in 2009 inspired us to name our brand after her, giving rise to the Joanne Tiffany brand, embodying our pursuit of family warmth and high quality. In 2012, we registered Joanne Tiffany Pty Ltd and established the independent website Tiffanylamp.com.au, further expanding our sales channels.

In 2019,affected by the pandemic, the company made several adjustments to adapt to the new market environment. Firstly, the closure of the New Zealand subsidiary was accompanied by the establishment of the tiffanylamp.co.nz website, which directly ships to New Zealand customers from Australia to ensure service continuity and efficiency. Secondly, to meet the demands of the pandemic period, the company closed showroom sales and relocated the warehouse from Chipping Norton to Moorebank, shifting entirely to online sales, effectively reducing sales costs. In 2020,to continuously improve product quality and expand market share, the company collaborated with high-end Tiffany lighting manufacturers to develop a high-end Tiffany lighting series. This initiative aims to meet the demands of customers with higher requirements for quality and design and further solidify the company's position in the market.
